Project Specification

We understand that each building needs to be treated differently due to various cultures, management expectations and overall building needs and requirements. At 6500 Montevideo Rd in Mississauga, we initially made an assessment and provide a report to the board of directors for review. This report was tailored to the building’s needs and culture. Due to volume requests, the building now also receives special rates and priority services all year round. All the fan coils are being replaced at a special discounted rate compared to standard industry value.

We helped the building management assess the areas of deficiency and used the right engineering tools to determine the best condo HVAC system for the building future projects. Project was completed by February 2022 as scheduled.  

In addition, to avoid future issues with the operation of the overall building HVAC. All systems are scheduled to undergo air balancing & annual maintenance to enhance energy efficiency & frequency of visits.

The Parkview is a High-rise 12-storey Condo in Mississauga located in the centre of Meadowvale. The building is close to Highways 401, 403, 407 and the QEW making it easy to get around the city and GTA.  with lots of shopping and dining options nearby as well as attractions such as Lake Aquitaine Park, The Parkview Condo is an attractive neighbourhood for the residents.
