Located in Willowdale west neighborhood, Gibson Square North Tower is a High-Rise condo with 42 stories built in 2015. Gibson Square Condo at 5168 Yonge Street is a modern condo with many amenities including gym, pool, party room, media room as well as outdoor patio to suit the residents needs.
At 5168 Yonge Street, HTS has been working along side Integrity Property Management in offering Semi-Annual maintenance program during Fall & Spring season since 2020. All systems are scheduled to undergo air balancing & annual maintenance to enhance energy efficiency & frequency of visits. These routine maintenance practices help the heating and cooling units to operate at the most efficient level while also improve the life of these HVAC systems.
During our last visit at North Gibson Square Condo, 491 Heat Pumps underwent our maintenance program in less than 9 working days The following steps were taken during our Heat Pump maintenance to ensure proper and safe operation throughout each season:
– Visual Inspection
– Run Basic Operation with The Thermostat
– Remove Panel & Replace the Filter
– Shut Off the Main Power and Remove The Inner Panel
– Vacuum Air Coil Surface Inside.
– Inspect Chassis Water Hoses For Cracks and/or leaks.
– Inspect drain pan, clean if necessary.
– Check Condensate Drain To Ensure It’s Not Clogged
